Independence from the operator
LuckyWave UK Review is an independent site: it is not the casino, and neither the casino nor its operator runs it. We do not hold player funds, take bets or handle accounts, and we cannot see or change anything in a player's LuckyWave account. Questions about an account, a bonus or a payment have to go to LuckyWave support directly. The brand's verified profile names AMO Global S.R.L. of Costa Rica, while luckywave.com itself lists Fortaprime SRL, another Costa Rican company, as the entity that runs the platform.
How we research
Every fact in the review comes from a source we can name: the operator's site and published terms, the lobby and cashier pages as a player sees them, the websites of support organisations and independent public reporting. Where sources disagree, we use the operator's own published terms and show figures as the operator states them. Each page shows the date it was last updated.
How we score
Our scores rate six areas of the product on a scale of one to five: the game library, payment choice, mobile play, promotions, support, and withdrawals with the checks that come before them. The overall figure is the plain average of the six. Scores describe how the casino works for a player, and each one rests on checks we ran on the site ourselves. We publish no star ratings in structured data and no invented player quotes.
How the site is funded
