Write to us
The editorial desk reads every message. Before you write, check the list below: some questions can only be answered by the operator, and sending them there first saves you a day.
How to reach us
E-mail is the only way to reach the desk. Write to [email protected] and put a short subject line on your message, such as correction, privacy or question. We answer within a few working days, and within one month for requests about personal data.
What we can help with
- Corrections to facts, figures or dates in the review, ideally with the source you saw.
- Questions about how we research, score or fund the site.
- Requests about personal data under UK GDPR, as described in the privacy notice.
- Reports of broken links or pages that do not display properly on your device.
What makes a correction easy to check
The quickest reports to act on name the page and the sentence, say what is wrong and point to where the right figure can be seen, for example a page of the operator's terms or a screenshot of the cashier with the date on it. We check every report against a source before changing anything, so a link saves a round of e-mails. If a figure has changed only for some players, such as a limit on a higher tier, say which tier you are on.
What only the operator can handle
LuckyWave UK Review is independent and has no access to player accounts. Questions about your LuckyWave balance, a bonus, a pending withdrawal, verification documents or closing your account have to go to LuckyWave's own support, through live chat on its site or by e-mail. Keep your account e-mail, the date and amount of any payment and a screenshot of any error to hand; it speeds things up considerably.
If you need support rather than an answer
If you are writing because gambling has started to worry you, please do not wait for us. The National Gambling Helpline is free and open around the clock on 0808 8020 133, and the blocking tools and services available in the United Kingdom are set out under staying in control.
What happens to your message
We use your message and your e-mail address only to reply to you, and we delete the conversation within twelve months of its end. The details are in the privacy notice. We never pass your address to the operator or to anyone else for marketing.
